J&M Management Services, Inc.

Mr. Chesser is a disabled Marine Corps veteran who has been the President of J&M Management Services, Inc. since it was founded by himself and Michael Dousette in May of 2007. Prior to the founding of J&M, Jay served as Vice President for two environmental engineering firms. During his time with these firms, Jay provided expertise in strategic and organizational planning as well as business process improvement which created exponential growth at fractional costs. Jay is also able to use the time he spent as civil servant to better relate to the challenges that Government officials face with shrinking budgets and increased workloads. With his leadership and experience, J&M has positioned itself as a quintessential partner to its Government Clients.
